VIDEO: Hard-hitting video warns against swimming in reservoirs
With the weather gradually getting warmer, people around Kirklees may be tempted to go for a quick dip at this time of the year.
However, Yorkshire Water have released the video warning against such action.

Hide AdReservoirs have temperatures as low as 12ºC, which is colder than rivers in summer time and they are much deeper with depths of up to 50m.
The ‘Cold Water Kills’ film, produced by Yorkshire Water and West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, highlights that even a short swim could end in tragic consequences.
