A tribute to 80s classic Dirty Dancing is on its way to Wakefield
A Night of Dirty Dancing will feature all the hits from the film when it visits the Theatre Royal Wakefield next month.
Producer Michael Taylor said: “Dirty Dancing boasted the greatest movie soundtrack of all time. All these hits are superbly performed in this fast-moving, slickly-choreographed theatrical treat.

Hide AdThe production will star Katie Leigh and Darius J James in the roles made famous by Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze.
Audiences can expect fresh versions of She’s Like the Wind, Big Girls Don’t Cry, Hey Baby, Wipeout, Do You Love Me, Be My Baby, Hungry Eyes and the Oscar-winning (I’ve Had) The Time of My Life.
The show will take place on Thursday March 12, at 7.30pm.
